NJYS Carding Process

Dear MSA Parents ...

New Jersey Youth Soccer (“NJYS”) requires travel soccer players to be carded each year in order for players to participate within league and tournament games.  The Marlboro Soccer Association (“MSA”) was recently informed by NJYS that they have implemented a new online process for carding players.  We bring this to your attention as this new process requires parents to register their child within the NJYS online system.

To register your child, please click on the link below and follow the step by step process outlined within the attached document.  BEFORE GETTING STARTED, ensure you have a recent picture of your child (headshot) and a copy of your child’s birth certificate on your computer. Both of these items are required to complete the process.

All players must be registered within the NJYS system by Friday, August 4th.  Failure to meet this deadline could result in your child being unable to participate within the Marlboro Kickoff Classic Tournament.

Please note that this only pertains to parents of teams that will be playing this fall within the MOSA League or tournaments requiring NJYS carding.  Players of teams that play in either the Ocean or EDP leagues are not required to be carded by NJYS.

If you have questions or issues registering your child, please contact your team manager or us at [email protected].

Thank you,

MSA Travel Board
