Registration will be held on Friday, August 26th from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Marlboro Recreation Center located on Wyncrest Road. (CLEATS - The wearing of cleats is not allowed inside this facility, so please plan accordingly.)
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
- A COPY of your certified team roster - not the original. Please note that rosters may have up to three guest players; however, the total number of players may not exceed 18, with U-8, U-9 and U-10 rosters not to exceed 14.
- A NOTARIZED medical release form, dated after September 1, 2010 for every player (notarization dates will be checked). This applies to US Club soccer teams as well.
- Only new 2011/2012 player passes will be accepted for all players (including guest players) and will need to be presented on the field prior to every game.
- Permission to travel forms for all out-of-state teams, where required.
- A signed Coach’s Code of Conduct.
